The main idea behind melanculia was to express experiences and thoughts in a more complete way than just using words.
Everything started in 2002 with the recording of 2 songs at the "stud10": "Oporto Song" and "Big Blue Supernova".
After five years, melanculia released two sets, one called "indieca" (including 10 self recorded tracks) and the
other one called "Spiders, Snakes & Butterflies" (also self recorded, including 13 Tracks).
In May 2009 melanculia released it's third record called Maldita, which includes 7 tracks.
Since 2010 we are working on a new set which is to be released in 2011.
As we make music for fun, we offer our music for free.
